Review on Exhaust fan Soler & Palau SILENT-100 CZ, Silver 8 W by Micha Maciejowicz ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not everything is so bad, the average purchase in quality.

To be honest, I did not expect this after all the laudatory reviews and reviews, but the vents 100 ma, which costs half the price, is better in almost everything, except that it makes noise at 36 dB, and not 34 like this one. Silent will stand for now, but if in the summer there is a reverse flow of air through the ventilation shaft, you will have to change it again due to the lack of a normal check valve.

Pros
  • Quieter than vents 100 ma
Cons
  • - Background noise in the room 27 dB, turning on the fan raises the volume to 34 dB - Light indication from under the plastic is not visible, you need to drill a hole under the lamp to see the light at night - The check valve is such that it would be better not to have it. Firstly, it has tangible gaps around itself on 2 out of 2 copies and the reverse air flow will pass there. Secondly, and probably the most important - in 2 of the 2 copies I bought, when turned on, the film imitating the check valve gave a vile bounce. The solution is to simply rip off and throw away the film, since it holds up as if it were specially designed for tearing off.
