With some tweaks, perfect for adopted kittens! We often kept our various foster children in our bottom half of the bathroom, but as they started to become mobile this became an issue. 1) They will try to escape every time the door opens, and 2) They made a huge mess with the tray and their mess. We couldn't let them out because they hid in weird nooks and crannies, like under the sofa. Another problem is that they were constantly underfoot. As suggested in another review I put a shower curtain underneath. Makes cleaning easier! All reinforced with cable ties. I laid down a section so I could step over it more easily. I assume they'll figure out how to pop out eventually, but so far that hasn't happened.
