This is exactly what I wanted for the purpose I got it for, which was short business trips while my puppy is still going to the potty. My 8 lb Cavachon now fits snugly in with her head and tail sticking out at each end (she is 14 inches from neck to back) when standing. It's beautifully constructed, has a firm bottom and a short leash front and back to hook it to the collar to keep it indoors, although you always have to be careful not to let it jump and fall too far to one side. I just wrap my hand tightly around the bag and grab her collar if she gets too nervous. I would recommend this bag if you plan to take your pet to shops and other places for a short time.
