Well I had high hopes for this but it just doesn't work. The real Qi charger part needs to be glued to your Ram mount, making it impossible to swap between vehicles unless you want a large dangling cord dangling from your rig. If you don't glue it, it's impossible to put the phone in the right place for the charger to feel it. But that doesn't matter because as soon as charging starts, the white light box gets insanely hot, the light starts flashing and then stops charging. It was completely unreliable and required constant fumbling, while parked in my garage there was no way it could function on a dirt road. Adding that little built in box so close to a Qi charger is poor design for motorcycle use, as is the extra quick disconnect and then the third plug into the USB socket. This whole mess is overly complicated, and none of the components, particularly the switch and unnecessary USB port, seem durable enough. It is a pity. I liked the idea that the cable in my phone wouldn't vibrate off-road, but it just won't charge, so it's useless.
