A complete disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality check!!!
I ordered 3 pieces, literally after 10 minutes of use, one of the headphones stopped working for all 3 pairs. I called BERU support about the return, so the sweetest girl started to fill me in that this couldn’t be and asked me to send a photo of broken headphones, how the photo would help them, it’s not clear, but I’ll send it. I take horror
