Although the concept of the product = 5 stars, Polly's Medium Cholla Cactus Bird Perch, as received, was a defective product and therefore receives 1 star for the following reasons: It has a large visible cut over 1/3 full Length. 8.5 inches (which is shorter than the advertised 10 inches). The shape of the perch is curved rather than straight as it should be (and as advertised), leaving much less usable space for the bird to stand stably. It effectively becomes a "small" perch with less than 6 inches of usable space. Poor quality control of a really good product concept - I previously had a large size which was very good quality and correct length. While returns may be easier for those in the US as I am in India, returning a relatively cheap defective product is not worth the return postage costs.
