This pepper mill sucks. It took me a few minutes to fill up a portion no matter which mode was on. The parts inside are plastic, not metal. It just doesn't work and it really should be taken off the market, not sold without a refund, even if it sucks. They know it sucks so they have a NO REFUND POLICY. I decided to pay $40 for something that actually works. I usually try to give away things I don't use. That's what a landfill is for.
