Review on Monument Big Sky Dog and Cat Treats by Allison Smith

A great freeze dried treat that my two dogs love but crumble...

Both of my dogs love trying new treats but I'm pretty picky about what I give them. Most people tend to be more picky as many health issues can be related to their diet. I love the short, cute ingredient label that looks like it's human food. These treats are freeze dried, a process that locks in the nutritional value. However, I noticed that when I opened the packaging, many of the treats crumbled into dust. This is to be expected with freeze drying. On the other hand, this type of delicacy has a long shelf life in sealed form. It is also easy to take with you on a hike as it is very light. A lot will go in, except for the crumbs that both dogs ate. Did They Enjoy These Big Sky Treats? Yes, both loved her and asked for more. I limited the amount I gave them as the protein content is quite high at 55%. This is ideal for more active dogs, especially younger ones. It's an incredible formula, but I don't care about the fragility of treats.
