Don't waste your money

Used once. Given the low price, I didn't have high expectations. But I rode with him on my bike for 3 hours. I put my luggage on top. When we arrived I took it off and completely separated the pad from the suction cups. The cups were still taped to my fender. There was no padding. It didn't even live up to my modest expectations. The suction cups detached from the pad after 3 hours.
