We've used this before and it turned out very tasty burger patties. I put in some grated cheese and fried mushrooms and they were delicious. My only complaint is that while the description says the plastic doesn't stick, the minced meat sticks to the plastic a bit. The first patty I made came out of the press great, but the more patties I made the more the beef stuck to the plastic. I made five of these and on the last two I had to reshape the patties after I got them. So I won't be returning this and we loved the burgers but they definitely could have been better. Next time I'll try to coat it with cooking spray before putting the meat in.
