I bought this desk for an alcove in the living room where there I have a few other glass top tables and not a lot of room. The desk is small - but large enough to hold my laptop, a second monitor, mouse, iPad and a cup of coffee - all while I type this review. The assembly was easy and straightforward - however, pay attention to the instructions as the two legs are not interchangeable. It's obvious in the instructions, but the guy in me just started throwing it together and I needed to start over. It's a pretty sturdy set up, though I needed to shim one leg as it did not sit flat on a hardwood floor and rocked a bit. Likely not going to see this on carpet. At the price point, it is good looking and tough to beat.
