I ordered these to protect my feet. I have nerve damage and don't want to go barefoot. These shoes seem to be the solution. The shoes are comfortable and fit well, but the fabric is starting to peel off the sole. The fabric began to diverge, frayed edges appeared on the front toe. I had them less than a week. They were used for walking indoors. I've worn them to the store a few times. But they are designed for active outdoor water sports! I think no. *** UPDATE *** I got my money back and ordered replacement shoes. I thought the returned shoes were defective. But unfortunately it wasn't like that. The second pair is no better. I didn't return them. For the price I can still use them in the garden. I ordered shoes from another manufacturer. Wish me luck.
