We bought 4 of the T188 hoverboards from Swagtron for Christmas. They are all the same models and the 2 red ones just beep and don’t work while the 2 black ones work fine. I called Swagtron and they didn’t even care to try and troubleshoot any problems and have sent RMA prepaid labels, which is good, but I just want the things to work. My kids have only had them for 3 weeks and they haven’t even been outside with them yet.Update: I ordered 4 new hoverboards, Swagtron model numbers as before. I received 2 that had LED lights in the wheels and 2 others that did not. That batch lasted less than a week. The first one went bad and 2 weeks later the others quit working. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T CARE IN THE SLIGHTEST. Now they want me to pay the return shipping to them if I want a refund.
