Terrible defective product!

This order was to replace a faulty order (ordered a different brand) which I returned due to missing perforations. Very frustrating the same problem with the product. DEFECTIVE, arrived. As a supplier, Revain must categorically reject this. I didn't want to get upset again when I asked for a replacement, so I decided to pre-cut all the rolls with scissors. I'm sure some rolls from this crappy manufacturer are perforated. The question is why they can't always be right. Don't they have quality control?
