Lousy product, low quality.
At first I tried to find replacement ear pads on Ali, the result was 0. Then on the market the result is the same. Then in their stores, sent to a service center. In one they sent me at all, and in the other they told me to call the hotline. They played football for a week, and then they told me that it was impossible to buy ear pads. When I asked if it was normal, they said that the ear pads were included and they are not required to sell spare ones. This is how Huawei treats its customers. Therefore, I do not recommend buying any of their products. Tomorrow they will make a laptop or phone with a charger that cannot be bought anywhere else and the money you paid will be thrown away.
- Do not under any circumstances buy these headphones. In fact, they are disposable. Better buy Apple or Samsung.
- Disposable. If the ear pads are lost, it is impossible to purchase them in any of the stores, or in the service center, or on aliexpress. Ear cushions non-standard from any other model will not work.
