Very user friendly, easy to navigate, and the customer service is great! I have nothing bad to say about this program. It is very user friendly and they are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns you may have. The only thing that I would like to see change is the layout of the dashboard, it could be more simplified. If you're looking for something that's simple & straight forward, this is your program. I'm solving all my time management problems by using this software. The main benefit we've realized from this system is its ability to track our hours in a systematic way. This has helped us to keep accurate records of our work.
