I was never much a planner using person, my phone almost always did the trick for me, until depression hit and I was pretty much in a rut. I was made the suggestion to keep track of my daily activities/achievements in writing to keep with mental health and to rebuild my confidence and self-worth. I went through a lot of research looking for a planner that would have enough space for me to track daily activities, and this one did the trick. The planner layout is so simple, yet effective. I really like the fact that there is a weekly goal section and notes section, there are plenty of room in each day (they break each day down to 7 blocks with some notes space after each day), there's a monthly overview calendar in the beginning of the planner that covers the entire year, and there are some extra space for notes at the end.This planner is great for record keeping, very simply designed, and very easy to use. Might not be for people who wants extra structure in a planner. For simply day to day event keeping, this is 10/10.
