I'll save you the time and hassle of sending flip flops back - if you buy these flip flops -Order flops flops (and you have to because they are beautiful and very comfortable) do not fit your usual shoe size. Instead, measure your feet. The best way I've found to do this is to draw my big foot (one slightly larger than the other) on a piece of paper, then measure the distance from the longest toe to the heel and order accordingly. Dimensions must be in the product description. The first two times I ordered them by shoe size; first my usual size, then when this order turned out to be too small, i finally measured my feet and the third order fit perfectly. I like my flip flops to be a bit longer as I don't want my heels hanging off my back. In any case, these flip flops are very comfortable and the arch support is pretty good. You look good too. I particularly like that the part that goes between the toes is built into the sole itself and isn't attached to that little round piece that perforates the sole and sometimes pops out after a while. These are very good flip flops and I recommend them (once you've bought the right size!)
