I bought these for my small dog who is being treated for diabetes and needs to wear a blood glucose meter. It was suggested putting a t-shirt on him so he wouldn't scratch the sensor. They worked great. What really helped is that they have a bit of stretch in the fabric so they fit both my large, leggy dog and my small, slightly overweight little dog. You can also use them for Halloween as the graphics on the t-shirt are very cute. Size wise, my large dog is 50lbs and my little guy is 40lbs but is overweight and the XX-Large size fits really well.
