I had high hopes for this and I have to tell you I'm a little disappointed. They look great open, the packaging is great too, a little more than my usual cotton pads but no complaints. They are a bit rough on the face, even on their "soft" side, and I might add that I don't see why they should have a "rough" side in the first place. They were still fine, but then I got to the point where I started machine washing them. I am attaching a photo with one washed once and a new one. If you are not confused by the difference in size and color, then everything is fine. But if, like me, it bothers you to buy more reusable pads, you're probably trying a different brand.
