Review on Velocity Voice by John Hall

My experience with Velocities has been very positive! I have saved money by choosing them for my VoIP services, as well as reduced outbound costs. The staff at Velocity is friendly, knowledgeable about their products, quick to respond to requests/issues that arise, easy communication method between team members (Skype), etc., Very helpful in any capacity they are able answer questions regarding our account's needs! No complaints here. We had some issues early into implementation but were immediately addressed within 24-48 hours via email. If there was anything specific we needed help with it would be reached quickly through email and usually resolved quite promptly - even if not always completely solved. This was one less thing keeping us from enjoying the benefits of utilizing this technology so much more efficiently.
