Spot on the remote control, even Spectrum says so. Read the guide to program on your TV, I also had to program the cable box myself. The keyboard backlight is nice and the keys are more intuitive than the cheap replacement I got from TWC after my first remote failed. Works great, just like my original EXCEPT for the ON REQUEST button. This seems to vary from system to system, but I was able to find instructions on how to program the ON DEMAND button for your specific needs: STEP 1 Press the [CBL] button to select CBL mode. STEP 2 Press the [On Demand] button. and [OK/SEL] simultaneously for 3 seconds. The [CBL] button indicator lights. STEP 3 Use the numeric buttons to enter a 2, 3 or 4 digit channel number for the ON DEMAND channel number you want to program (e.g. 0500), then press the [STOP] button. .STEP 4 Press the [CH+] button to store the entered channel. The [CBL] button will blink twice to confirm the commands have been saved. And it should work. Enjoy!
