Nice addition to my sewing bench
Works well for threading a needle and sewing by hand. I can't really get it close enough to the sewing machine to be of much use for machine work; a longer focal length (less magnification) would be better. Light is adequate but not as bright as I imagined 1500 lumens would be. The gooseneck sags in some positions. A spring arm might be better.
- Real Glass Magnifier -- In order to take into account the stability and practicability of the magnifying desk lamp (appropriate magnification and focal length), after repeated testing and research, the 5X-3.75 in real glass (5.2in lens) magnifier was finally determined, especially suitable for crafts, reading, miniature painting, sewing, hobbies, mini tasks, etc.
- The lamp's height cannot be adjusted either, which may put users at risk for neck and back strain as they must maintain a fixed position for extended periods
