Nice design, bad quality
Unfortunately, the zipper on the main compartment broke first. I had to tape the end off after putting the zipper back in place. Then I noticed that the seams were unraveling. You can see in the photo. I think it's a beautiful handbag and I love that it converts into a backpack. But unfortunately the quality is bad.
