Buyer beware - the cap on the base is not included

I received this stand last week and returned it because the cap for the base (that you fill with water or sand) was not in the box. I received the replacement today and once again, the cap was not included. The cap is in the instuctions for parts included, so it should be there.The wife and I just decided to keep the base and we will use a wine cork for the cap. So 2 boxes, twice a part was missing. Don't buy if you will use water in the base and don't want to use something other than the part that was supposed to be included

Pros

Good product. No need for extra weighs. Great purchase.

Cons

The base may require additional tools to assemble and set up
