Review on Pfeilring Germany Classic Professional 3 8 by Jeff Warne

After some reading and research, I settled on this 8 inch kitchen knife and 6 inch utility knife. I am very happy with my decision and these are the best knives I have ever owned. The larger knife is used for most dishes and the smaller knife is used for finer slicing (fruit etc). German engineering and Solingen Steel Am best it looks like a great addition to my kitchen! The grip fits perfectly in my hand and above all the balance is excellent. The knives are very sharp and other (cheap) knives I have feel dull in comparison and the handles are just uncomfortable. Super quality and worth every penny, I can only recommend it!
