EDIT: I decided to call back one last time and they answered. I asked all my questions and they had all the answers. I will add that my 2009 Jeep JK Rubicon does not require the front ball joints to be indexed. My new ball joints came with a dot so I was going insane trying to figure out if I needed to point it out, forward it, etc. Just take them out of the box and install them. I also asked them about a downward facing mirror and was told that you cannot mount a mirror if you have a Dana44 (Rubicon) axle. The connection is too big and will blow the heads of DSLRs. They come with a screw that you screw in after loading the ball joint with grease through the mirror. I also asked about the grease drain hole in the trunk. Tech support also said the hole is for exit only so nothing can get in. I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because the technician had great answers to all my questions. I called them from the number that was on the parts box but I still wanted to give them 4 stars because it took me 4 days to reach them. This time I'll leave them in doubt. Thank you for stopping by and taking the call. Carry on in the same spirit. The company supporting this is very sad. I've tried calling, texting, emailing, and filling out a web form, but no one calls me back. I need a green boot from the top (TXK3134T) ball joint. mine broke. I also need new Zerks. The ones that came with it ripped off my front frogs (2009 Jeep JK Rubicon). So the only way to go is to add grease, then unscrew the plug and remove the ball joint cap (lower ball joint only). Your grease nipples are huge. It was too hot and muggy to photograph but ask anyone with a JK with stock crosses what I'm talking about. Since I haven't done my passenger side yet. I wanted to see how you are doing with your customers, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'll order another top one and see if I can keep that one from tearing. well, the tech support folks should be able to answer some customer questions from time to time. I left mine in 3 different formats so you can read them all and call me back. Your company is soooo worth 4 stars. I gave you a start because it looked like a good product.
