The best thing about this software was how simple it made our life as an office manager so much easier! We were able to see all of my clients booked for trips in one place which helped me plan better when I had extra time or needed someone else's attention during their trip (especially if they got sick). It took some getting used too but once we did everything worked great!! There wasn't anything bad at first until after awhile where there seemed less updates than before especially around holidays - not sure why? Maybe because everyone has been busy working hard while taking vacations from work?! Overall though still very easy to use & navigate between booking new guests/trips etc., keeping track of inventory levels per client / room type available throughout each day.
