Review on Ngage by James Crofton

The ease of use, I love how easy it is for me as an HR manager/recruiter! It's really helped streamline our process when hiring new employees; even if we're not actively searching at any given moment in between other duties or projects - just having this tool available has been helpful during lulls too (just knowing who should be contacted next). Nothing yet but maybe they could add more features later? Like allowing us have multiple recruiters within one account which would help with some things like managing candidates across different geographies without losing track / duplicating efforts etc., better reporting functionality &amp power users group where i'd expect them do push out updates regularly rather than once every few years after release It is very simple to use, the interface is clear and easy to navigate. I have no dislikes about this software. The only dislike is that sometimes it lags when loading certain pages. I recommend using this software for all recruitment purposes. It is very user friendly and easy to use. It has helped me shorten my recruitment process from a long process of weeks to mere days.
