No assembly problems EXCEPT where the wheels attach to the legs. A very thin wrench is required to tighten the wheels. The wrench that came with it was the wrong size. This is a special item and the seller said they would refund my money if I could find a replacement. no replacement found. I've also found that the various screws used in assembly loosen with annoying regularity. However, my back no longer hurts when I sit at my desk. That is the main reason I bought this chair. I wish the seat tilt was more adjustable. The rear suspension was a joke; I tried to put it on but I think I had to be an acrobat to do it. I'm glad I bought the chair but it could have been so much better.
