Good design and works great. Easy to put on and stays in place. I've only had it a week so I don't know how durable it is but the materials are good. Would have given 5 stars but wish there were separate instructions instead of a box. I throw the box away. The ice pack is also well made, but when frozen it won't fit in the bag without bending the bag. The backpack folds easily and is designed to flex but I wasn't sure if it would work but it works and is very comfortable on the knee in a pocket. I would recommend.
