The customer care team has been very responsive when it comes to all our requests and problems with their product. They are always quick at responding back and resolving any issues that we present them with. It's easy to communicate with one another as well. I've never had an issue where communication was not received or responded within 24 hours of my request being sent. There have been times where there were delays between updates, but this goes along with any product/service regardless if its online or offline. Make sure you know what your needs are before going into business with anyone else. We needed something that allowed us to connect with customers who previously could only be contacted through phone calls so they can see each other face to face. Also, someone from our office would need to go out to the field and troubleshoot problems which saves time, money, and energy.
