I really wanted to like this synthetic hair. I've been doing hair extensions for over two years. I have experience in taking good care of my extensions. My favorite expansion company recently increased their prices. I found this, LaaVoo, while looking for a similar product but at a lower price. I was happy with the quality of the hair when it arrived. The hair is real as described and the color was exactly what I wanted. The product arrived on September 15th and 16th. I installed it on Saturday September 18th. Installation went well. The first two weeks after the installation everything was perfect. After 2 weeks my strands started falling out. The glued ends (glue) fell apart, the strand fell out leaving the attachment bead and the tip of the wire in my natural hair. I had half a pack left over from the initial install and replaced the strands that fell out with new ones. It's been about 6 weeks and I change my strands almost every day. As time passes, more replacements are required. I am very disappointed with how the product has held up. I had enough other products for 3-4 months! I have contacted LaaVoo customer service using the information on the business card in the product packaging. I explained the problem and they directed me back to Amazon where I bought them. The returns window just closed and Amazon can't help me anymore. I am not satisfied and will not buy it again. If you need temporary extensions, this will do. If you are looking for a long lasting (3 months) quality product this is not for you. (photo shows glued tips that fell apart)
