Ideal for vegetarian pasta!
LOVE them for zucchini noodles and shredded carrots. I've used them to peel large, thick-skinned zucchini and they cut through easily. They are very durable and easy to use. I use a small brush to clean the ones that form "strands" (like spaghetti noodles) because that's the best way to get rid of all the bits.
