Got this for a snow white outdoor party suit. Heavy enough for cool days, definitely not for winter outdoors, but it never gets too cold here anyway. My granddaughter loves this coat. I bought these for my youngest daughter from a specialty store and they are just as beautiful but about half the price. Just for reference my granddaughter wears a size 6/7 and we ordered a large. He sits just a hair's breadth off the ground in his boots, on which he stands perfectly. I bought one in red and one in purple, will definitely be buying more for her other princess outfits.
