Review on HR Manager Pro by Balakrishna Monzon

I like that it is very user-friendly, easy to navigate through and has all of my favorite features such as applicant tracking system (ATS), employee onboarding/training and performance management. It also allows me to create multiple profiles for each department within our organization so we can track applicants from different departments at once. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes when you try to use certain functions, they are not available. For example, if you want to send an email or update your profile information using the "Edit Profile" page, there will be no option to do so. You have to go back into another tab and then click edit again. This makes it more difficult than it should be since other functions work perfectly fine. We've been able to streamline our recruiting process by being able to post jobs faster than before and keep better records of who applied for what position.
