Great Solution For All Customer Service Needs

I like that they have been able to integrate my current CRM system with their software so we don't need two different systems for our needs. They are very responsive and quick to respond when it comes time to make changes or updates. The only thing I dislike is how slow this platform moves compared to others in the industry. We've had issues trying to get information out of it once an issue has occurred. It would be nice if there was more customization options to fit your business better than what's offered by default. If you're looking for something simple but powerful look no further! Their support team is also amazing. Our customer service department uses them as well and they always come through whenever needed.
