I use this on my e-bike when it's out of sight. Sensitivity: Really good! Almost every time I try to unlock it, I turn it off because it's pretty sensitive. and that's good. You can't move it at all, or it will warn you. Volume: Loud enough to be heard when you're in sight of your bikes on a quiet street, and loud enough to scare someone away. I hope. But if there's normal street noise, you probably won't hear it unless you're really close. and my wife couldn't hear the alarm clock. too much traffic noise. I only use this lock as part of my security system on my e-bike: disc brake alarm lock, integrated frame lock, pannier, 10mm chain lock and Apple AirTag. I would never trust just one of the above security systems, but together I am confident that thieves will choose someone else's bike. until everyone else starts using all of my security systems too. Oh no my god I said too much!
