Today I used My Smile for the third time. I used it according to the instructions that came with it, which says 30 minutes. I didn't notice a huge difference after my first use, but now there is a huge difference between my front teeth and my back teeth, which aren't visible anyway. It comes in a beautiful box, which is great for storing your mouth splint and gel syringes. I also like the timer function on the LED accelerator. Comparing my teeth to the values in the attached chart I would say that before the first use I had 9 to 10 and now it's around 5 or 6. The splint is comfortable, the gel comes off the teeth easily wash off, and I didn't experience a bit of sensitivity. I've tried so many expensive whitening products that were messy and didn't help much. I just can't get over the fact that it only cost $23.99 or that it actually works!
