Nice shoes. I like the pink color of Moonlite. However, the feel of the shoe is "soft". Severe slipping of the heel, especially on the left boot. I'm between 9 and 9.5, ordered 9.5 which is the right length for my foot. I laced it as tight as possible, up to the top eyelet. Then I added a rear heel grip: still slippery, still soft. I removed the memory foam - it's tricky because the adhesive is very strong - and put in Spenco insoles for secure arch support. The laces are too thin and delicate; I replaced them too. I'm still trying to gear them up to be wearable, I don't know if that will ever happen, but these will be my first and last Raiki. I suppose they are great if you have wide, powerful feet. I have a narrow heel and need support. EDIT a few months later. The customization is finally working for me and I'm enjoying my Rykas; in fact bought another pair. A new trick to staying in shape is ankle compression stockings. They help with a snug fit at the heel and provide extra arch support. None of this matters if your legs aren't as fickle as mine. Medium quality shoes. There is plenty of room for toes.
