Great energy and great taste too!
This "Be Amazing" pre-workout from BEAM surprised me. I've never heard of him, despite having gone through dozens and dozens of pre-workouts over the past 23 years. The ingredients convinced me immediately and they were all dosed correctly, which is not always the case. mixes very easily in a water bottle and has a very pleasant taste. The flavor I got is watermelon candy and I have to say that this is one of the best pre-workout drinks I can think of. About 20 minutes after drinking this I get a big boost of energy but it's not overwhelming, it makes me feel like I want to work out which is great.
