I like that they are always looking to make improvements in their products. They really care about the customer experience. The system is easy to use so it's not difficult to learn how to navigate through the system. It has been very beneficial from a cost standpoint as well. We have had some issues with the program crashing when we were trying to run reports but this was quickly fixed. If you are considering using them then do give them a try! Our team at work uses the software every day to keep track of our assets which helps us get paid faster.
