Revain was in good condition, no postage or packaging claims

Revain was in good condition, no postage or packaging claims. I'm a forensic chemist. There is a significant color difference between my old bottle and the new bottle I received with this order. In addition, the viscosity also differed significantly between the two batches. This new batch was much less viscous and produced much less foam. Exactly the same label. Then I went to Kroger, bought one off the shelf and it was a lot whiter and stickier than both. Either the mafia are now kidnapping and adulterating the Burt's Bees product (expensive enough and it can make some profit from it), or Chlorox has made the product cheaper to manufacture or its quality control. This is a reduction in viscosity and it becomes "more watery". I am concerned about product stability and microbial contamination. If you want the product to be watery, you need to add antimicrobial preservatives to it. The third issue with this new batch is that the product is much cloudier than the old batch. Either the glucosides are precipitating out due to the pH difference between the two batches or it is bacterial/fungal growth. Children. I buy Burt's Bees because I knew Formulator before Chlorox sold it and as far as PCP goes the stuff was pretty good. Chlorox's Burt's Bees products that I have purchased and used for my children. It was so good. Whatever idiot is running the business, get rid of them and reclaim your quality product. Don't mess up this brand! Chlorox - Fix It, Fix It Fast! PS How about putting fragrance ingredients on the label in 2019? "Natural fragrance" is marketing bullshit. Give us honesty and transparency. We all want to trust one product, your product. Earn our trust!
