Unsure. I bought this as a safe way to keep my twins warm at night, but I'd be better off just wrapping them tightly in blankets. Because the knee area is very wide and also V-shaped. This means babies can wiggle and pull on it enough to partially cover their face. Most importantly, it covers your nose and mouth. I would avoid this product as it fits better and doesn't risk choking your kids.
