As I bake a lot of bread I like to have a few different sets of inexpensive measuring spoons - different sets for wet and dry ingredients and an extra set of dry spoons to make sure which spoon I use for Use salt to avoid contact with yeast that can spoil it. I decided to replace my cheap plastic spoon and noticed these. They are so easy to clean and the different colors make it easy to tell the sizes apart without having to read the fine print that most shovels have. There is also a very useful 1 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 tablespoon) measuring scoop which most kits don't have.
