I have another Barton strap and it works great. This looks great, but no longer works. After changing the strap about 3 to 4 times, the small button to remove the strap inside the strap will twist and will not attach. I can't even use the watch removal tool to remove the strap. I'll either have to live with just one strap or cut it off; I haven't decided which yet.
