Review on Brushed Bathroom Lavatory Faucets for Commercial Use by Adam Matthews

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty good faucet for $

This is my first time installing one of these myself. I used to do them with help, but I'm very skilled, so I decided to take it. It only took about 35 minutes to remove the old one, clean it and then install this one. .My only minor criticism has to do with the size of the drain flange. It has a greater depth and diameter than usual, so it sticks out a bit over the corner of the drain. This causes a very small puddle of water around the drain hole. Oh, and a tip: take off that cheap gasket that's under the drain flange and just use the piping. If you don't, the drain will stick out even higher. and exacerbate this problem. Even if you just leave the drain in the box, the faucet itself is worth the small cost. TL; D easily costs $32. Doesn't feel cheap and looks good, no leaks after proper installation. Just note that the drain is a hair's breadth higher than most are used to.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
