I like that there are so many different ways to be alerted, but at the same time it's easy to configure what you want to see as well! You can set up notifications for mentions in any of our social profiles or forums, which makes them super useful for monitoring conversations about us outside of our website/blog. The reporting options aren't exactly robust--it would help if they allowed you to download CSV reports with all the data included (links to comments, profile names, etc.). It's not ideal to have to wait 24 hours after an article has been published before you know whether it was popular, and then another 12-24 until you get actual numbers. Having realtime stats allows me to stay one step ahead while my team works through issues.
