Review on Wusthof 4163 7 23 Bread Silver by Paula Oster

This is a seriously serious knife. I had a Wüsthof Classic knife set that came with a smaller bread knife. I lost these knives so I had to buy new ones. When I saw this one I thought if serrated is good then supposedly double serrated is better. I have no complaints about this knife, it's just a little bigger and bulkier than I thought it would be. If I had to cut through dozens of thick loaves of bread every day, this would be exactly the knife I wish I had. It's honestly a little overkill for most of the cuts I make. But it's incredibly sharp and cuts clean. I'm a tall guy so the weight doesn't bother me. But if you're a small person and have lighter cutting needs, you can definitely get by with a simpler knife.
