I contacted VWMYQ's customer support for assistance because I was having trouble with a clock that I had purchased from the company. On the other hand, it took a very long time before I received a response, and when I eventually did, the resolution that they suggested did not meet my expectations. In addition, their shipping times are longer than expected, and the amount of time I had to wait before I finally got my products was significantly longer than I had anticipated. In general, the quality of their products is satisfactory, but the quality of their customer support falls short of expectations. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are searching for a business that places a high value on their customers and provides prompt service.
